ABSTI over 15 years has developed a large number of solutions around the insurance area and in OpenSource technology, aimed at producers and clients.

Allianz, one of the main insurance companies at a global level and with a large presence in Argentina, found the need to promote the acquisition of insurance through social networks and with appropriate computer processes, both for the company and thus also for the producer.

They needed to reach their clients with web and mobile accesses that would allow them to capture data to make the quote and sale of insurance, automating almost the entire process; and leaving the assistance to the producers in the final step to finalize the sale.

The allocation of producers should be made according to the zoning and characteristics of the prospect.

Allianz decided to convene the ABSTI team to carry out the project.

A process of analysis and design of the solution was started, which also involved the interaction with marketing companies supplying Allianz to achieve the fusion between the search for Leads, and the connection to the web and mobile solution to complete the automated sales process..

The application, both web and mobile, has been running since September 2020. It automatically assigns the Leads to the producers according to an algorithm that takes into account the zoning and characteristics of the prospect. It includes sending messages via mail and push to the producer, allowing him to quickly contact the new client, achieving high levels of satisfaction both in the client and in the producers. It also has a workflow that allows tracking the company's SLAs, sending alerts to the Producer and internal Allianz users to be able to follow the sales process.
